- The tool you were using and what you expected to happen.
- Your browser and device, for example “Safari on iPhone”.
- The image type and rough size, such as “JPG, about 6 MB”.
Please do not send images
You never need to attach a photo to explain a problem. Describe it instead; if a particular file is the problem, tell us its format and dimensions. Images processed in the tools stay on your device and we cannot see them.
Before you write
Many questions are answered in the FAQ on each tool page. Browser-specific limits, such as WebP encoding or the maximum image size, are explained on the About page, and how your data is handled is in the privacy policy.
